Federal Fishery Science Workshop

A unique educational experience, designed for fishermen, by fishermen

Fishermen who want to learn more about the federal fishery science and management processes used in the Gulf of Mexico, South Atlantic, and Caribbean fishery regions, are encouraged to sign up to attend the Marine Resource Education Program workshops, now being offered specifically for the Southeast fisheries region.

This is a great opportunity for fishermen, scientists and managers to learn from each other. Program participants have a chance to network, and build their own understanding of federal fishery science and management through a tailored educational experience.
