Quality Trailer Outreach with LDWF Licensing

The Quality Seafood Training Lab will host an on-site demonstration in conjunction with LDWF commercial fishing license sales and renewals (bring your renewal notice to avoid delays).  Activities will:

  • Showcase onboard cold chain management techniques such as chilled water system, brine freezing and plate freezing
  • Demonstrate best practices in handling and packaging fresh caught seafood
  • Provide details on resources available through Louisiana Fisheries Forward

 

Join us on April 27, 8:30 am – 1 pm, at the St. Bernard Parish government building, 8201 West Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette, LA.
